Office hours are 7:30 am - 6pm. Appointments are scheduled from 8 am- 2pm. Additional times must be requested prior but additional fees may apply. All services include an entry-walk to relieve dogs, and reduce anxiety by getting comfortable with the staff.

Grooming Includes: bath, blow out, brush out, nail trim, ear cleaning, external gland expression and finish off with complimentary cologne and bandana. We will gather detailed instructions at check-in, based on the condition of their coat.

Please keep in mind, prices vary based on weight, hair length, breed, and temperament. We can give you an accurate price when we see your pet in person. Allow a 2-4 hour visit for your pet! Pups must be pick-ed up within 2 hours of pick-up call notification or late/daycare fees may apply

Boarding Pick-up and Drop Off times are between 8 am and 2pm or (9am-12pm Sundays), additional times may be requested prior. Pack their typical food, safe toys, and a clean blanket that makes them feel at home. We recommend providing bedding that can easily be washed as the weather may cause soiling throughout their stay.

Possible Fees/Charges Extra brush outs, de-matting, de-shedding, and de-skunking, face-touch ups, parasites found, entry odors, poor behavior, 3x+indoor potty accidents, medication administering, early/late drop off

Cancellation Policy Because we schedule a time frame for you, if you must cancel an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. Pets arriving more than 30 minutes late may incur additional fees. Please call if you are running late, so that your appointment is not given away. No shows will be charged $25.
